It’s an exciting time at BioStrata – as part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for someone to join our expanding Public Relations (PR) Department and award-winning marketing agency in Histon, Cambridge. Your role would be to create, drive and execute strategic public relations plans alongside your account team for our global client base.
Our team is going through a period of significant growth and development and we are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our Inbound Marketing team. This role will involve being the strategic lead across a number of client accounts, developing marketing plans and delivering programs designed to meet a range of client requirements.
Junior Account Manager:
We’re looking for early career PR pros who are excited about helping our clients tell a compelling story that creates intrigue and engagement, delivered through a variety of media and comms channels. If you’ve spent a year or two in agency, are passionate about science and want to further develop your skills, take your career to the next level by joining our PR team.
Junior Account Manager:
Work as part of an account team to deliver integrated marketing programmes for BioStrata’s clients. Ideally, you’ll already have a year or two of experience in agency and be looking to take the next step in your marketing career. At BioStrata, you’ll help plan and manage programmes including content creation, social media, digital marketing and more to help our clients exceed their objectives.
BioStrata’s science writing team delivers compelling, credible content for our clients, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, animations and more. If you have previous commercial writing experience and want the opportunity to write about some of the most intriguing and innovative topics in the life science arena, join our team.

What We Do
We deliver integrated marketing and PR programmes to life science clients that get results. Our account teams work with our clients to set the their marketing and communications strategy and then collaborate with our writing, design and development teams to execute word-class programmes across a variety of tactics and channels.
Most of our clients go on to work with us for many years (in some cases, take us with them if they move to a new company). We can’t think of many better ways for them to show us how much they value our support.
How We Work
Our BioStrata Operating System is the framework that allows us to devote our energy, passion and knowledge to the “thinking work” (which also tends to be the most enjoyable).
At the same time, we are transparent and honest, sharing information across the team. This ensures that everyone is in the loop about where we are, where we are heading and how we plan to get there. We hold regular weekly meetings where every team member is encouraged and empowered to help solve our common challenges and improve the way we collaborate together to get the best results.

Our proven talent development process includes access to a wide range of written, audio and video training materials. As part of this, we also have a dedicated training budget that team members can access to pay for training they wish to undertake.
Support and mentoring are also a major part of how we help team members reach their full potential, with everyone receiving regular coaching and feedback from across the team, provided in a safe, friendly environment where everyone is focused on helping each other be happy and successful.
